Precautions for use:

7. This circuit has very strict requirements on power supply power. 12V power supply must use a power supply greater than 500W, 24V greater than 1200W, 36V greater than 2000W, 48V greater than 2600W (recommended working voltage 48V)

8. No matter what voltage is used, as long as the operating current is less than 40A, the circuit will not be burned, so a 40A fuse can be added to protect the circuit during high-power operation;

9. The working voltage must not be lower than 12V.

10. The input power is recommended to be DC48V50A, do not use AC power !!!

11. Because this machine uses bottom air intake for air cooling, so when using the machine, use an object to cushion the machine for at least 30mm, so as to avoid bad heat damage

Operation steps:

1. Make sure the air switch is off!

2. Connect the external water pipe to the cold water prepared in advance, and fasten the heating ring to the heating ring interface with a wrench

3. Connect the external power supply (not push the air switch), the pump fan and the power meter run, if any of the cooling fan and the water pump does not work, stop using it. Contact the manufacturer, if the power meter shows that the voltage is less than 12V, check the external DC power Is it faulty

4. Push the air switch, the heating machine works, pay attention to observe the power meter display and the temperature of the main board during the work. When the working current is greater than 40A, do not continuously exceed 30 seconds. The long-term use ensures that the current is less than 50A. Please turn off the machine

5. When shutting down, please turn off the air switch first, and then wait for one minute before disconnecting the external DC power supply.
