Steps for usage:

1: Turn the top cover counterclockwise, then lift it slightly to open the top cover.

2: add water to the water tank.

3: Turn the top cover clockwise to connect the power supply.

4: Press the switch once to turn on spray mode.

Cotton swab operation steps:

1: Spring loaded.

2: Load a cotton swab.

3: Connect the cover.

(When replacing cotton swabs, care must be taken not to lose the bottom spring to avoid affecting use.)
