Tips of using your new RenhotecIC Digital Dual-axis Laser Level Inclinometer

A spirit level is a common calibration tool used to measure the inclination angle relative to the horizontal position, the flatness and straightness of the guide rails of machine tools, the horizontal and vertical positions of equipment installation, etc. Let's take a look at the correct use of the spirit level. method!

Adjust the instrument

1. Place the instrument on a datum plane or a tripod.

2. If the laser flashes and alarms after power on, adjust the placement position of the instrument or fine-tune the tripod so that the placement surface of the instrument tends to be level.

3. Adjust the height of the instrument by shaking the handle or lifting the foot stand.

4.If the laser line is dark or bright, check the light outlet. If there is any dirt, please use a cotton swab to soak it in alcohol and wipe it clean.

How to operate

1. Rotate the switch to the ON position, that is, release the locking state and turn on the power. At this time, the horizontal laser line and the vertical laser line will be lit and projected on the target.

2. Rotate the instrument in the horizontal direction so that the vertical laser line falls on the desired position.

3. After the operation, you need to turn off the power and turn the rotary switch to the OFF position, otherwise the accuracy will be affected.

Repair and Maintenance

1. Please use the instrument carefully and keep it properly to avoid damage to the instrument due to strong vibration or falling;

2. Before moving or transporting the instrument, please put the switch knob in a locked state to avoid affecting the accuracy;

3. Do not try to open the instrument, unprofessional dismantling will damage the instrument;

4. The instrument should not be immersed in water or placed in rain and humid areas for a long time during use and storage;

5. Keep the laser output window clean, and regularly wipe it with a clean soft cloth or a cotton swab dipped in alcohol;

6. The battery should be removed when not in use for a long time, and the instrument should be placed in the instrument case or soft bag when not in use, and placed in a ventilated and dry room.

Safe to use

1. Do not look directly at the laser beam;

2. The laser marking output is located at the output hole;

3. Do not disassemble the instrument for internal maintenance, only through authorized maintenance centers;

4. The instrument generally conforms to the laser radiation safety level standard.
